Guest Room Policies: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the HOTEL will charge for one (1) night’s accommodation plus tax. Guest Room Cancellation: Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received before 4:00 p.m. Anyone who is planning to present must register for the convention.

IPO will be held to seven (7) day cancellation policy and will be charged a no-show fee of one (1) night plus tax if HOTEL cancellation policy is not met. General registration ends on February 1, 2022. At check-in credit card will be authorized for incidentals. Guests will need to use a credit card as a guarantee of payment at the time of making the reservation.

“Individually Paid on Own” (‘IPO’): All guests will be responsible for full payment of their own room(s). Notifications will be emailed to the submitter on November 15, 2022.
